Abstract Submission

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Participants who wish to present their work are required to submit a short abstract (about 300 words) using the link below. The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts. After the review, you will need to submit either an extended abstract or a full paper. You may submit the short abstract even if your results are not yet complete. You can add your results later when preparing the extended abstract or full paper. Your short abstract will be screened to assess its relevance to the conference and to help organize the session themes.

Upon acceptance of your short abstract, conference registration becomes mandatory. Only registered presenting authors will be eligible to submit the extended abstract or full paper. Failure to register will result in your abstract not being considered for further review.

You will receive an official email notification once your short abstract is accepted. This email will also indicate whether your presentation is allocated as an oral or a poster presentation.

After short abstract acceptance, the Conference Secretariat will contact all accepted authors with detailed guidelines for submitting the extended abstract or full paper.

  • The extended abstract must not exceed two pages (can include figures and tables).

  • The full paper must not exceed eight pages (figures and tables included).

Please ensure timely submission and registration to confirm your participation in the conference program.
